If you find you are unchallenged by the day to day management of grade control drilling, mapping and samplin g- want to interpret the data instead. A role that doesn’t pigeonhole you in a smaller team will progress your career.

 

Very approachable Senior with strong mentorship capabilities to develop your skills. He takes notice of your passion and develops your skills in that direction whether it be to manage people and move to a Senior level or get into resource geology and project down the track.

No micromanagement, you are given a lot of autonomy underground with support offered when you need it.

 

Being a mid-tier they have the right mix of training and stability behind you, without you being a cog in a large machine- the balance achieved promotes a healthy working environment.

 

This is a FIFO role from Perth on a 8/6 roster.

Your background in mine geology underground with one of the bigger players in WA will put you at the top of the shortlist for this role. B.Sc Geology and minimum 2 years experience required.
